Laser cutting and welding using a 3-axis CO2 laser (2000–3500 watts) that cuts steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 8 feet long and 4 feet wide with ±0.005" tolerances. Metal fabrication via forming, pressing, shearing, drilling, and light machining in cold and hot rolled steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with material thicknesses up to 0.375" and work pieces up to 5,000 lbs. Serves packaging, refuse, and printing industries with MIG and TIG welding, finishing services including powder coating and plating, and production volumes from 1 to 10,000 parts.
