The deal.

WeldRunners publishes an informational directory of metal fabricators and welders, welding jobs, availability posts, customer projects, and practical resources. Those public marketplace pages help people publish and find information; WeldRunners is not the employer, supplier, escrow service, insurer, or general contractor and does not employ, control, or supervise listed businesses or welders.

Directory information may come from a business, a marketplace participant, or a cited public source. Public-source screening and credential evidence are not a certification, not an audit, and not confirmation of licensing, insurance, workmanship, legal eligibility, current capacity, pricing, or availability. Buyers must verify the information and the supplier's suitability for their work.

Sourcing preflight is a request for review, not acceptance of an engagement. A sourcing service requires a separate written agreement accepted by WeldRunners and the buyer before work begins. That agreement defines the approved scope, fees, cancellation, delivery, acceptance, confidentiality, information boundary, retention, and applicable service limitations. If it conflicts with these public website terms about the sourcing service, the signed agreement controls.

WeldRunners can document a buyer-approved requirement, research potential suppliers, record evidence and unresolved questions, prepare a shortlist, and make written introductions within the agreed scope. Suppliers do not pay for shortlist inclusion. The fixed service fee is independent of supplier selection or award.

Buyers retain all technical and commercial decisions, including specifications, engineering, tolerances, qualifications, safety, compliance, price, contracting, and supplier selection. Suppliers remain responsible for their statements, quotations, capacity, compliance, and performance. WeldRunners does not certify or approve a supplier and no quote, award, or outcome is guaranteed.

Do not provide restricted data through public forms or sourcing preflight. The pilot refuses public-sector, export-controlled, classified, ITAR-sensitive, CUI, personal health, payment-card, and other restricted or unsure information. Do not upload files; if a permitted engagement later needs documents, use only the written process and information boundary defined in its separate agreement.

• Listings are free. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing.
• Providers warrant that information they submit is accurate and that they have the right to do business in the locations listed.
• Providers grant WeldRunners a non-exclusive license to display submitted information on the site and in associated SEO output (sitemaps, structured data, OpenGraph cards).
• An authorized representative can request a listing correction or removal through the contact listed in the privacy policy.

• Don't scrape the site or run automated bulk requests.
• Don't submit listings for businesses you don't own or represent.
• Don't impersonate other providers, leave fake reviews, or harass operators.
• Don't submit restricted data or attempt to bypass an information boundary.

WeldRunners is provided "as is." We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site is capped at the greater of (a) fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100. A signed sourcing agreement may state service-specific warranties, exclusions, and limitations for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in Delaware state or federal court. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
