WeldRunners is a directory that lists metal fabricators and welders. We publish information that providers submit. We are not a marketplace, escrow service, insurer, or general contractor. We don't employ, control, or supervise the providers listed here.

Buyers are responsible for verifying provider qualifications before hiring. Our "Verified" badge means we've reviewed documentation provided by the operator — it is not a guarantee of workmanship, insurance status, or licensing in your jurisdiction. Always confirm licensing and insurance directly with the provider before work begins.

• Listings are free. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing.
• Providers warrant that information they submit is accurate and that they have the right to do business in the locations listed.
• Providers grant WeldRunners a non-exclusive license to display submitted information on the site and in associated SEO output (sitemaps, structured data, OpenGraph cards).
• Listings can be removed within 48 hours of a verified request from the business owner.

• Don't scrape the site or run automated bulk requests.
• Don't submit listings for businesses you don't own or represent.
• Don't impersonate other providers, leave fake reviews, or harass operators.

WeldRunners is provided "as is." We make no warranties about completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site is capped at the greater of (a) fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in Delaware state or federal court. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
