Sheet metal fabrication including laser cutting, punching, shearing, plasma cutting, forming, bending, and welding in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized, copper, brass, and titanium. Equipment includes a 3-kilowatt fiber laser capable of cutting up to 5/8" thick material at speeds over 300 inches per minute on thin stock, an Amada CNC turret punch press with 44-position turrets, a 10-foot shear with 1/4" capacity, and two Amada press brakes with CNC controls. Serves Southwest Florida including Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, Hardee, and DeSoto counties.
